1. Delivery Charges & Timelines

We offer specialized delivery services based on the product category and your location.

For Mobile Phones

• Zila (District Level): 150 BDT (24 to 72 Hours)
• Upazila (Sub-district): 300 BDT (48 to 72 Hours)
• Home Delivery (Outside Dhaka): 350 BDT (48 to 96 Hours)

For Gadgets & Accessories

• Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT (48 to 72 Hours)
• Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT (48 to 96 Hours)

2. Delivery Guidelines

Unboxing Video Requirement:It is mandatory to record a continuous unboxing video when you receive your parcel from the delivery agent. This video is required as proof for any missing items, physical damage during transit, or incorrect products. Without this video, Gadget N Gadget cannot accept transit-related complaints.

Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated timelines, external factors such as weather, political unrest, or courier logistics may occasionally cause delays.
