1. Quality Assurance

All pre-owned or used devices sold by Gadget N Gadget undergo rigorous multi-point diagnostics to ensure functional reliability before being listed for sale.

2. Condition and Expectations

Pre-owned devices may exhibit minor cosmetic wear, such as micro-scratches or slight fading. These are considered normal wear and tear and do not constitute a defect. Battery health on pre-owned devices will vary and is not guaranteed to be at 100%.

3. Pre-Owned Warranty & Return Rules

Unless specifically stated on your purchase invoice, pre-owned devices do not qualify for the standard new-device 10-day replacement or 2-year service warranty. Any applicable warranty for a pre-owned device will be explicitly documented at the time of purchase.

Pre-owned devices are strictly non-refundable once sold.
