1. Refund Processing Timelines
If an order must be canceled and a refund issued, the processing time depends on the party initiating the cancellation:
- Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your order or delivery, the refund process will take between **48 to 96 working hours**.
- Cancellation by Gadget N Gadget: If GNG cancels the order (e.g., due to stock unavailability or system error), the refund will be prioritized and processed within **24 to 72 working hours**.
2. Refund Methods and Deductions
Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., Bank Account, MFS/Bkash, Credit Card).
- Non-Refundable Fees: As outlined in our Payment Policy, any POS card swipe charges (2%) or EMI processing charges (6% to 15%) are strictly non-refundable. Only the base price of the purchased item will be refunded.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Advance booking money may be forfeited if the customer refuses to accept a properly dispatched, defect-free parcel.
