Warranty Policy

1. Official Brand Warranty

For products carrying an official brand warranty, customers are entitled to receive full warranty facilities according to the specific brand's policy. The customer must present the official Gadget N Gadget purchase receipt at the brand's authorized service center.

2. Gadget N Gadget Replacement Warranty

For devices carrying a GNG warranty, we offer a **10-Day Replacement Warranty** under the following strict conditions:

• Coverage: The replacement warranty applies solely to hardware or manufacturing defects. Display and software-related issues are strictly excluded from the replacement warranty.
• Verification: The hardware issue must be visibly demonstrable and verified by Gadget N Gadget authorities.
• Dead Devices: If a phone becomes completely dead within the 10-day period, the replacement processing time may take 3 to 10 working days.
• Product Condition: To claim a replacement, the device, packaging box, and all accessories must be 100% intact. Devices with any scratches, dents, or signs of physical damage will be disqualified from replacement.
• Model Constraints: Replacements are provided for the exact same model. If a customer wishes to switch to a different model due to an issue, a deduction of 20% to 50% of the product's value will be applied.

3. 2-Year Service Warranty

Following the initial 10-day replacement period, GNG provides a **2-year service warranty** under the following terms:

• Software-related servicing (such as OS re-installation) is free of charge.
• If any hardware parts require replacement, the customer must pay the market price for the parts. Service completion time depends on parts availability.

4. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranties will instantly become void under the following circumstances:

• Accidental damage, physical breakage, or bending.
• Liquid damage or exposure to moisture.
• Misuse, improper charging, or voltage fluctuation damages (e.g., short circuits).
• If the device has been opened or serviced by any unauthorized third-party technician.

5. Accessories & Smart Gadgets

Depending on the specific item, smart gadgets and accessories come with respective warranties ranging from 7 days to 24 months.
