Exchange & Return Policy

1. Return and Exchange Window

Gadget N Gadget allows a **10-day window** from the date of purchase/delivery for product exchanges and returns, subject to the conditions detailed below.

2. Eligibility for Exchange/Return

• The product must be absolutely unused and in pristine original condition.
• The original invoice, intact packaging, warranty stickers, and all inbox accessories must be provided.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or special discount campaigns may not be eligible for returns.

3. Exchange for a Different Product

If a customer wishes to exchange a device for a different model without there being a verified manufacturing defect, Gadget N Gadget reserves the right to deduct **20% to 50%** of the original product value based on the condition of the returned item and current market depreciation.

4. Online Order Returns

For products shipped via courier, the customer must inform our support team immediately if they wish to initiate a return.
